Fresh flowers + Eucalyptus pick up rules:
living flowers must be picked up during the current weeks curbside pick up hours. You can always get a friend to pick up your order as long as they present your order number!
If you forget to pick up your order the week you purchase it, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or extend your pick up to the following week.
EXTREME TEMPERATURE DISCLAIMER
unfortunately due to the delicate nature of fresh flowers vs the extremely cold winter we are having- once bouquets are picked up we advise they are taken straight home (or gifted) trimmed and put in water to ensure their lifespan. There is always a risk that live plants and flowers will not always fair well in extreme cold temperatures as they may get shocked if left in the car or taken outside for too long.
We recommend trimming the flowers and placing the stems in warm water, adding a bit of sugar + a drop of bleach to help revive any flowers that may look a bit sad.
*we do not offer refunds after flowers are picked up from the shop.
